Although we aim to present accurate and professional information, website content may not always reflect the most current scientific, legal, regulatory, medical, technical, or commercial information. Nothing on this website should be treated as medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, financial advice, or professional clinical guidance.

You should not rely on any website content as a substitute for advice from qualified medical, scientific, regulatory, legal, or other professional advisors.

3. No medical advice

Life Render is a medical animation and scientific visualization studio. We are not a healthcare provider, hospital, medical practice, regulatory authority, pharmaceutical manufacturer, or clinical decision-making service.

4. Project inquiries and quotations

Submitting a contact form, project brief, email, message, call request, or quote request does not create a binding contract between you and Life Render.

A project begins only when Life Render and the client agree to the project scope, fees, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and any other relevant terms in writing. This may be done through a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, email confirmation, service agreement, or signed contract.

Any prices, pricing ranges, timelines, packages, examples, or service descriptions shown on the website are general guidance only. Actual project cost and delivery time depend on factors such as:

However, scientific and medical animation often requires simplification of scale, time, color, movement, anatomy, cellular behavior, molecular interactions, and biological processes for communication purposes.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, animations and visuals created by Life Render are explanatory visual representations, not scientific simulations, clinical proof, regulatory submissions, or medical treatment instructions.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving:

The client may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or separately use third-party materials unless the relevant license allows it.

If the client requires specific third-party assets, copyrighted references, branded materials, music, celebrity voice, patient data, product data, journal images, medical illustrations, competitor visuals, or protected scientific content, the client is responsible for securing permission unless Life Render agrees in writing to handle licensing.

If the client requests a style, layout, scene, structure, visual design, or animation approach that may infringe third-party rights, Life Render may reject or modify the request.

16. Trademarks and brand use

All Life Render names, logos, service names, graphics, icons, and branding are the property of Life Render unless otherwise stated.

All client trademarks, logos, product names, company names, and brand assets remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Life Render may use client trademarks and brand assets only for the purpose of performing the agreed project, unless the client provides separate written permission for portfolio, case study, promotional, or marketing use.

The client may not use Life Render’s name, logo, portfolio, or branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, certification, medical approval, or regulatory approval unless agreed in writing.

17. Portfolio, showreel, and case study use

Life Render values client confidentiality and understands that pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, research, and surgical projects may involve sensitive or pre-launch information.

Unless a separate NDA, contract, or written instruction says otherwise, Life Render may request permission to display completed work, excerpts, stills, short clips, or general project descriptions in its portfolio, showreel, website, social media, proposals, award submissions, or marketing materials.

If a project is confidential, under NDA, not yet launched, or restricted by regulatory or internal review, the client must inform Life Render in writing.

Life Render may use general, non-confidential descriptions of its experience, production capabilities, workflows, or service categories without revealing confidential client information.

18. Confidentiality

Both Life Render and the client may receive confidential information during discussions or project work.

Confidential information may include scientific data, product details, device designs, research materials, clinical information, business plans, pricing, scripts, storyboards, unpublished visuals, technical workflows, login details, and internal documents.

Life Render agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of discussing, quoting, producing, managing, or delivering the project.

The client should not submit highly confidential information through website forms unless necessary. For sensitive projects, the client should request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before sharing confidential materials.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, received lawfully from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

19. Patient data and sensitive information

Unless expressly agreed in writing, clients should not provide patient-identifiable information, protected health information, personal medical records, or sensitive personal data to Life Render.

If patient-related material is required for a project, the client is responsible for removing identifiers, obtaining consents, complying with applicable privacy laws, and confirming that the material may legally be shared and used.

Life Render is not responsible for privacy, confidentiality, or regulatory issues arising from patient or sensitive data supplied by the client without proper authorization.

20. Payments, deposits, and invoices

Payment terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.
Project work may be divided into milestones.

Rush projects may require additional fees.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

No intellectual property rights, usage rights, or final delivery rights are transferred until full payment has been received.

21. Revisions and approvals

Each project includes only the number of revision rounds stated in the agreed proposal, quotation, statement of work, or contract.

Revisions must relate to the approved scope and agreed creative direction.

The following may be treated as additional work:

Client approvals are important production milestones. Once a script, storyboard, style frame, animation preview, or final render is approved, later changes may require additional fees and additional production time.

22. Timelines and delays

Life Render will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, project timelines depend on client feedback, approvals, technical complexity, rendering requirements, third-party dependencies, and timely payments.

Life Render is not responsible for delays caused by:

Late client feedback
Incomplete project materials
Changing project scope
Delayed approvals
Delayed payment
Scientific uncertainty
Regulatory review delays
Third-party licensing delays
Voiceover or talent delays
Software or plugin issues
Render farm delays
Force majeure events
Internet, hosting, hardware, or infrastructure failures
Unexpected technical problems

If the client delays a project for an extended period, Life Render may revise the timeline, pricing, or availability.

23. Cancellations and project suspension

If the client cancels, pauses, or abandons a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed, time reserved, resources used, third-party costs, committed expenses, and approved milestones up to the cancellation date.

Life Render may suspend or terminate work if:

The client fails to pay invoices
The client fails to provide required materials
The client requests unlawful or infringing work
The client provides misleading or unauthorized materials
The client repeatedly changes scope without approval
The client becomes abusive, threatening, or unreasonable
The project creates legal, ethical, regulatory, or reputational risk
The client breaches these Terms or any project agreement

Upon termination, Life Render may retain unpaid work, working files, drafts, and final deliverables until all outstanding payments are received.
